The purpose of Creation Station is to allow patrons to become familiar with emerging technology. Creation Station is not a Group Study Room. Use of Creation Station and its equipment is reserved for Syosset Central School District residents only, showing proper ID. No food or drinks are allowed in Creation Station. All users must adhere to the Creation Station Policy.
All patrons who use Creation Station must have signed a Liability Waiver.

Use of the 3D Printer
- All print projects must be approved by a librarian.
- Librarians are responsible for starting the print job.
- Use of the 3D Printer is limited to 2 hours.
- Patrons must stay in the building for the first 20 minutes of the print job.
- The charge for use of the printer is $0.50 per ½ hour or any part thereof. Payment must be made in advance. There are no refunds if the project does not print properly.
- The 3D Printer will be shut down ½ hour prior to the library closing.
