Syosset Public Library's Museum Pass Program

• Free museum passes are available to Syosset Public Library cardholders in good standing who have signed the Museum Pass User Agreement. A new agreement form must be signed each time a museum pass is checked out or reserved.
• Museum passes may be reserved in advance and must be checked out by an adult (18 years and older) family member. Reservations will be taken up to three months in advance of the desired date, subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a pass or for more information call 921-7161 extension 239 or visit the Readers' Services Desk on the second floor.
• Passes may be borrowed for three or four days and must be returned by  8 PM the day the pass is due. A pass that is borrowed on Tuesday must be returned by  8 PM on Thursday. A pass that is borrowed on Friday must be returned by  8 PM on Monday. The passes must be returned to the Circulation Desk during library operating hours. Passes may not be placed in the book drop.
• Late charges are $5.00 per day. In the event that a pass is not returned and the library pays an entrance fee for the next user, that entrance fee will be added to the late fees. Any user who loses a pass will be charged the replacement cost of that museum pass.
• Patrons should call the museum directly for information on hours of operation, parking, and/or directions.
• Each museum reserves the right to determine the rules and regulations governing the use of the museum pass.
