Show your support by contributing to the Friends of the Syosset Public Library. The Friends is a not-for-profit volunteer group of residents, formed in March 2005, dedicated to furthering community awareness of the functions, resources, services and needs of the library. Your contributions and other fund raising activities and programs sponsored by the Friends will assist us in reaching our goals.

Everyone gains when you contribute to the Friends. Your support, along with contributions from businesses and corporations, will strengthen the position and visibility of the library in the community and help broaden the base of its initiatives and functions.

As residents of our community we actively encourage everyone to support the Friends and in turn support our library, which continues to be recognized as one of the finest in Nassau County.

So we can continue to fulfill our commitments to the library patrons by providing museum passes and other services and due to the cancellation of our Annual Book Sale because of the COVID-19 pandemic, contributions are urgently needed and will be gratefully accepted and appreciated.
