The Syosset Public Library is proud to offer a collection of downloadable audiobooks and eBooks through OverDrive . You can now browse and select from a variety of great titles and download them to your computer, transfer them to a variety of portable devices, or burn them onto a CD (when permitted by the publisher) for your listening or reading pleasure anywhere, anytime. Patrons may check out up to five titles at a time, and at the end of the seven day lending period, the audio books will expire and be automatically returned to the digital collection. The eBooks have a fourteen day lending period.

To access the Syosset Library downloadable collection, you will need:

• A Syosset Public Library card
• Access to the Internet
• Free downloadable software for the computer and/or device on which you wish to access the material from the site
