We will give any interested graduates of a "babysitting workshop" class access to your name and telephone number. It will be up to the two groups to work out mutually acceptable terms.

It is acceptable to request to see a copy of a certificate from a prospective babysitter, evidencing completion of a babysitting workshop.

This form will be kept on file for 6 months.
