Iyengar yoga is a unique and enjoyable system of exercise. You will strengthen, tone, stretch and reshape your body and release stress and tension while achieving a sense of total well-being. The class will focus on physical movement, breathing techniques and the art of relaxation. Bring a yoga sticky mat, strap and blanket and yoga blocks with you. Preschool Storytime (Series 1)

(3½-5 year-olds: born between Dec. 2, 2009 and Sep. 30, 2011).  Children will enjoy stories, songs, and fingerplays. Please note this is a seperation program; parents are asked to remain in the Children's Room while the children are in storytime.  Limited registration begins Tuesday, February 24.

Abduction and abuse prevention workshop given by Parents for Megan's Law. A video discussion/interactive workshop that teaches children how to trust their instincts and what to do in uncomfortable situations. Teens will learn steps they can take to protec themselves and feel empowered. For middle schools teens and parents. Registration begins Monday, March 16 for SSD residents.
