Download and Print Your Tax Forms
Tax forms will be located on the First Floor, outside the Programming Office. The Internal Revenue Service is only supplying the library with Forms 1040, 1040A and 1040 EZ. All other forms and instructions can be obtained online using the links to the above. For your convenience, a reference copy of the 1040 Instructions is available at the Reference Desk on the Third Floor.
